Lima - Bay Tour

On this tour, we cover two very important areas of Lima, the neighbourhoods of Barranco & Chorrillos. Along the ride, we show you amazing sights around the bay, including great views of the San Lorenzo Islands, the Morro Solar hill and the impressive coastal cliffs of Lima. Once in the bohemian neighbourhood of Barranco, we continue cycling around its mansions, churches, bars and parks, trying to get the feeling of the streets that once inspired the most renowned Peruvian writers and poets of past generations. We also visit the neighbourhood of Chorrillos with its old fishing pier, beaches, and promenades, learning the history of the infamous Pacific war that left this heroic town in ruins back in the nineteenth century. We also share anecdotes, love stories and classic urban legends of the local folklore. The tour includes a snack in a traditional old bar or cafe of the area. We also see at a glance, many old houses & colonial mansions of great architecture, as well as some of the best restaurants of the culinary capital of Latin America.

Lima – Urban Tour

We start our trip visiting lovely hidden streets and boulevards in the heart of Miraflores area. Then, we stop by an impressive pre-incan archaeological site situated in the middle of a residential area, surrounded by big mansions and restaurants. Later, we ride through a truly beautiful ancient field of Olives located in San Isidro neighbourhood, including its former estate house. The olive trees remaining are some of the oldest of its type in the Americas, planted by the Spanish during the colonial time. We keep cycling through the residential area of San Isidro, enjoying the ambiance, parks and architecture. Once back in Miraflores, we stop for a typical snack to recharge batteries in a traditional old spot in town. We finish the tour cycling along the cliff-edge bike lanes and parks of Miraflores, overlooking the ocean and passing through modern malls, important sculptures, the park of love, a bridge and an old lighthouse. It is a great and insider experience of the city.

Lima - Downtown Tour

Every Sunday, be ready for a trip through the time and history. Our goal: Reaching the main square in the oldest part of Lima starting from Miraflores area. You will see the magnificent and most important buildings of the city. They include the cathedral, the government palace, the city hall, the Desamparados train station, San Francisco and Santo Domingo convents, the former post office, the law courts palace, the Lima art museum and Italian art museum, the Colon theatre, the Plaza San Martin, the Bolivar Hotel and the National Club building, as well as other important sites such as classical spanish, french and moorish style mansions. Before finishing, we stop for a typical snack in the heart of the Historic center. The tour ends in the Plaza San Martin, where you can have lunch, visit a museum or go shopping after the tour.
